What You ll Do
Design, configure, and implement tailored SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions that align with evolving business needs.
Lead end-to-end Onboarding implementation and support initiatives-from discovery and design to go-live and beyond.
Build intuitive onboarding experiences by configuring workflows, dynamic forms, automated notifications, and business rules.
Seamlessly integrate Onboarding with other SuccessFactors modules (especially Employee Central) to ensure data consistency and process efficiency.
Provide responsive and insightful production support-troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring business continuity.




Drive testing (unit, integration, UAT), manage deployments, and support smooth go-live transitions.
Partner closely with HR and business leaders to understand their goals and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Create explicit, actionable documentation and empower end-users through effective knowledge transfer and training support.

Who You Are
You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding-ideally across full lifecycle implementation projects.
You re confident working with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including its latest enhancements and best practices.
You have a proven ability to customize onboarding solutions-designing workflows, forms, business rules, and notifications that drive engagement and compliance.
You ve successfully integrated Onboarding with other SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, ensuring seaml
