HR Executive / HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and motivated HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee documentation, HR activities, and day-to-day employee coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.
Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status.
Maintain employee records, HR documents, and attendance details.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Prepare and maintain HR reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
Handle employee queries and coordinate with management.




Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in general HR and administrative activities.

Any Graduate / MBA HR or equivalent qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable typing and documentation skills.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Should be responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete work on time.
