SOS Infotech & Telecom is building a next-generation Intelligent TraQic Management

System (ITMS) and Advanced TraQic Management System (ATMS) platform incorporating

AI, Video Analytics, Enforcement, Command & Control, TraQic Intelligence, and Smart

Mobility solutions.

We are looking for a highly experienced Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering who

can lead the complete product lifecycle—from architecture and team building to

development, deployment, and scaling of a state-wide intelligent traQic platform.

The candidate will be responsible for establishing the software engineering practice,

mentoring teams, defining technology strategy, and building a scalable product capable

of supporting thousands of cameras, radars, IoT devices, and enforcement systems.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Technology Leadership




Define the overall software architecture and technology roadmap.
Lead the design and development of a up-to-date ITMS/ATMS platform.
Build and manage the software engineering team.
Drive product innovation using AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision.
Establish coding standards, development processes, and release management.
Ensure platform scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

Team Building & Management
Assess existing development resources and identify skill gaps.
Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team.
Conduct technical interviews and recommend hiring plans.
Create a culture of ownership, quality, and innovation.
Coordinate with product, operations, and customer stakeholders.

Platform Development
Lead the development of modules including:
ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)
VIDS (Video Incident Detection System)
RLVD (Red Light Violation Detection)
Speed Enforcement
Wrong Direct
