Job Description

We are seeking a energetic and experienced GSI Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strategic relationships with global system integrators. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT infrastructure landscape, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth through partnerships with GSIs.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets with GSI partners.
Identify and prioritize key GSI partners to maximize business opportunities and market reach.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within GSI organizations.
Act as the primary point of contact for all GSI-related sales activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Sales Execution:




Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, engineering) to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of GSI partners.
Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and campaigns with GSI partners to expand market presence and achieve mutual growth objectives.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify prospects and potential threats.
Continuously refine and improve sales tactics and strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Training and Development:
Provide training and support to GSI partners on UnitedLayer s products and services.
Ensure partners are well-equipped to effectively sell and support UnitedLayer s solutions.
