We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Category Executive/Assistant Category Manager to manage category growth across our D2C website and mobile app while ensuring a seamless customer experience and profitable business performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Management
Manage assigned product categories across The Organic World's D2C website and mobile application.
Drive category performance through assortment planning, pricing strategy, promotions, and merchandising.
Analyze category sales, margins, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth prospects.
Benchmark category performance against competitors and industry best practices.
E-commerce & D2C Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform and mobile app.
Ensure smooth execution of online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with technology teams for website and app enhancements.
Support D2C business growth through improved customer experience and digital merchandising.
Product Catalogue Management
Manage end-to-end product catalogue across website and app platforms.
Ensure accurate product information, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and categorization.
Conduct regular catalogue audits to maintain content quality and product discoverability.
Improve search visibility and customer navigation through effective catalogue structuring.
Product Pricing & Promotions
Develop and implement category pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor market and competitor pricing regularly.
Manage offer fixation, discount structures, and promotional campaigns.
Execute trade plans and ensure timely implementation across digital channels.
