Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Pirangut, Pune

Experience: 2–5 Years

CTC: ₹4–6 LPA

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in mechanical design within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for product design, engineering drawings, BOM preparation, and supporting production and new product development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed engineering, assembly, part, and manufacturing drawings.
Create and modify designs using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or similar CAD software.
Prepare and maintain BOMs and design documentation.
Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, tolerances, and GD&T.; - Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, PPC, and Project teams.
Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and assembly.
Review customer drawings and technical requirements.
Make design modifications based on customer and production requirements. - Support Recent Product Development (NPD)



and prototype activities.
Maintain drawing revisions and engineering documentation.
Support quality improvement, cost reduction, and value engineering initiatives.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Mechanical Design and Engineering principles.
Proficiency in any relevant CAD software
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
2–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design/manufacturing.
Candidates with hands-on experience in CAD and manufacturing drawings will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
