We’re Hiring: \Construction Technology & Business Operations Intern – M.Tech Civil Engineering\

\Bildwell – Construction Simplified\ is looking for an \M.Tech Civil Engineering student\, preferably with a focus on \Pricing, Estimation, Quantity Surveying, BoQs or Construction Management\, for a customer-facing internship at the intersection of:

\Civil Engineering + Construction Technology + Business Operations + Customer Success\

This is \not a conventional Site Engineer internship\.

The role is primarily office-based, with \none or very limited site visits\, and involves working directly with contractors and construction businesses to help them understand and adopt the Bildwell platform.
What you will do

You will be trained on Bildwell and progressively take responsibility for:





\Platform Understanding → Customer Calls → Software Demonstrations → Customer Onboarding → Customer Guidance → Customer Success\

Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding Bildwell workflows across Projects, BoQs, BoMs, material planning, procurement, vendor management and project execution
Speaking with contractors and understanding their current business processes
Calling prospective customers and identifying relevant requirements
Conducting online and in-person product demonstrations
Explaining Bildwell functionality using practical construction examples
Guiding customers through registration and onboarding
Helping customers set up and start using the platform
Following up with prospects after demonstrations
Supporting early-stage customer adoption and success
Capturing contractor feedback, requirements and product insights
