We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, and career-oriented graduates who wish to build a long-term career in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Vendor Development, and Project Procurement.

Job Responsibilities
Assist in procurement and purchasing activities for engineering and project requirements.
Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and vendor records.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, delivery schedules, and documentation.
Compare vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.




Follow up with vendors regarding material dispatch, delivery status, and invoices.
Maintain procurement databases, purchase records, and inventory reports.
Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, and Project Teams for smooth material procurement.
Support vendor registration, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
Assist in market research for identifying new suppliers and cost-effective procurement solutions.
Ensure timely procurement of materials required for ongoing projects.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Com, BBA, MBA (Operations/Supply Chain), BA, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Basic understanding of procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
