Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused SRM Executives to drive business growth across Delhi NCR. You will manage the complete customer journey from the first call to successful business onboarding while building long-term relationships with bureau owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective customers using company-provided leads.
Understand customer requirements and identify business challenges.
Present and demonstrate the Aidotics BMS platform.
Schedule and conduct online and in-person meetings across Delhi NCR.
Convert qualified leads into active business customers.
Build long-term relationships with bureau owners and key decision-makers.
Support customers throughout the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales updates.
Achieve monthly sales and business onboarding targets.
Represent Aidotics professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking events.

Who We're Looking For
15 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, SaaS Sales,



CRM Sales, Corporate Sales, Healthcare Sales, or Relationship Management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with both office-based and field sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Own laptop or tablet (Mandatory).
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (Mandatory).
Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.
Comfortable with calling, customer meetings, and field visits.

Compensation & Perks
Salary: 25,000 per month (22,000 Fixed + 3,000 Travel Allowance)
