Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references and other sources.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Handle client queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups and visits.
Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closure.

Requirements




Good communication and convincing skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales workplace.
