Key Responsibilities
Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, set work schedules, and train current team members.
Inventory Control: Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Run regular stock audits.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety laws and proper use of equipment like.
Operations & Reporting: Track performance of team members and report workflow issues to the Operations manager.

Preferred candidate profile
Leadership: Motivate workers and resolve team conflicts.
Organization: Handle changing priorities in a quick-paced setting.
Technical Knowledge: Uses of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and good exposure of MS excel like vlookup, pivot table etc.
Communication: Talk clearly with staff, drivers, and other departments.
Should have valuable exposure of online warehouse
Knowledge of Order process of platform like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Zepto etc.

Must have hands-on experience working on Flex, FBA, and Smart fulfillment
