Job Description Jr. Business Associate (Facilities Executive)

Position: Jr. Business Associate – Facilities & Properties (U2)

Role Summary

The Facilities Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day facilities operations at Prism Towers, supporting business continuity, employee experience, and workplace services. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and building management to ensure productive facility management, statutory compliance, and timely resolution of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Operations
Manage day-to-day facilities operations across assigned floors/business units.
Ensure workplace readiness, housekeeping, hygiene, and infrastructure upkeep.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities with engineering and building management teams.
Conduct daily facility inspections and close observations within defined SLAs.

Vendor Management
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, pest control, transport, cafeteria, and maintenance vendors.
Monitor vendor attendance,



service quality, and SLA adherence.
Escalate service deficiencies and ensure timely corrective actions.

Employee & Business Support
Address employee facility-related requests and complaints.
Support seating arrangements, workstation readiness, employee movement, and office infrastructure requirements.
Ensure prompt resolution of business and leadership requests.

Building Management Coordination
Liaise with landlord/building management for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, and common area maintenance issues.
Follow up for timely closure of infrastructure-related concerns.
Coordinate support during utility outages, monsoon-related incidents, and emergency situations.

Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain inventory of facility assets and consumables.
Track movement of assets and ensure proper documentation.
Support stock management for facility consumables.
