About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Mechanical to develop B2B sales for our Jigs & Fixtures, SPMs, Industrial Automation, Precision Manufacturing, and Engineering Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent B2B leads and develop industrial customers.
Identify and approach OEMs and manufacturing companies.
Understand customer requirements, drawings, and applications.
Conduct customer visits and technical discussions.
Prepare quotations and technical proposals with Design & Costing teams.
Follow up on enquiries and convert quotations into orders.
Maintain customer relationships and sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Participate in exhibitions and customer meetings.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Production,
Manufacturing, Aeronautical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in Technical Sales / Industrial Sales / B2B Sales.
Experience in Manufacturing is preferred.
Good knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.
Robust communication, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
