Job Summary

IMAGE Creative Education is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Tally, ERP, and SAP and preferably have completed or be pursuing CMA Intermediate.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate records of accounts, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, purchase and sales entries.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
Ensure timely recording and updating of accounting transactions in Tally/ERP/SAP.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.




Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, payments, and accounting documentation.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Provide necessary reports and information to the management and senior accounts team.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Tally.
Hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems.
Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
