About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Business & Operations Head / Senior Manager
with robust hands-on experience in the
payday loan / short-term digital lending business
. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth while managing end-to-end lending operations, portfolio performance, collections coordination, customer lifecycle, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the
end-to-end payday loan business and operations
.
Develop and execute strategies for
loan acquisition, disbursement, repeat customers and portfolio growth
.
Manage daily operations across
lead generation, verification, underwriting coordination, disbursement, repayment and collections
.
Monitor key business metrics including
approval rate,



disbursement, TAT, repayment rate, bounce rate, DPD, collection efficiency and profitability
.
Work closely with
Credit, Risk, Collections, Technology, Product, Marketing and Customer Support
teams.
Manage digital lending platforms, LOS/LMS, APIs and third-party vendors/partners.
Identify operational leakages and implement processes to improve
conversion, customer quality and portfolio performance
.
Drive
cost control, productivity and operational efficiency
.
Prepare MIS, business dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
Ensure processes are aligned with applicable
RBI/NBFC and digital lending compliance requirements
.
Build and manage teams, set KRAs/KPIs and drive performance.
Analyse competitor activity and market trends in the
payday/short-term loan segment
.

in FinTech/NBFC/Digital Lending.
