Use
Indeed Resume and Indeed Smart Sourcing
to identify qualified candidates.
Create and manage
Indeed job postings
and send personalized candidate messages.
Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, Indeed, etc.
Develop effective
Boolean search strings
to target relevant talent.
Partner with BDMs to understand client requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Requirements
US Non-IT recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for
Construction,
Manufacturing, Engineering & Accounting
roles.
Robust sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver qualified candidates within deadlines.
