Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications powered by LLMs. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Python, Agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, AI orchestration frameworks, and cloud deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-step AI workflows.
Build Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval techniques.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and business applications.
Implement tool calling, planning, reasoning, memory, feedback loops, guardrails, and failure recovery.
Develop scalable AI services and APIs using Python.
Deploy and manage AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native services.




Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, evaluation, and observability for production AI systems.
Optimize AI applications for accuracy, latency, cost, security, and scalability.
Implement responsible AI practices including data privacy, prompt-injection protection, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Required Skills
6–8 years of Software Engineering / AI/ML experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python.
Proven experience with Agentic AI and autonomous AI systems.
Robust knowledge of LLMs – OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen / Semantic Kernel.
Solid experience in RAG, embeddings, vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Azure AI Search.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and enterprise integrations.
Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
