ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a performance-oriented SEO Expert who will be responsible for improving the company’s online visibility, organic search rankings, website traffic, and organic lead generation.

The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO, along with the ability to analyse data, identify growth opportunities, and execute SEO strategies that deliver measurable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and lead-generation objectives.
Plan monthly SEO activities and prioritize high-impact prospects.
Conduct regular SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
Analyse competitors and identify opportunities to outperform them in search results.
Keyword Research
Conduct extensive keyword research based on search volume,



competition, relevance, and business potential.
Identify high-intent keywords for property/project-related searches.
Develop keyword strategies for location-based and local SEO.
On-Page SEO
Optimize website pages, landing pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking and content structure.
Ensure proper keyword placement and content optimization.
Identify and improve underperforming pages.
Implement internal linking strategies to improve rankings and user navigation.
Technical SEO
Monitor website crawling, indexing and technical health.
Identify and coordinate resolution of issues related to broken links, redirects, duplicate content, canonical tags, sitemap, robots.txt, page speed and Core Web Vitals.
Work closely with the website/development team for technical SEO implementation.
