About the Role

Ishan World is looking for motivated and enthusiastic BBA/MBA students specializing in Sales & Marketing to join our Retail Sales & Market Development Internship Programme.

The intern will gain practical exposure to retail sales, field marketing, customer engagement, construction-market development, product promotion, and lead generation. This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with field assignments and enjoy interacting with customers and industry specialists.

Key Responsibilities
Visit active construction and renovation sites in the assigned territory.
Meet and interact with Architects, Interior Designers,



and Residential/Commercial Site Owners.
Identify current projects, customer requirements, and expected purchase timelines.
Promote the assigned Ishan World store, product portfolio, category, or V-3 vertical.
Generate current sales and business leads through field visits and market interactions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with identified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
Submit daily digital field reports as per the prescribed format.
Participate in weekly review meetings and learning sessions.
Support the team in market-development activities and customer relationship building.
