Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s end-to-end digital presence, including website ownership, social media strategy, integrated digital campaigns, and marketing technology enablement at a global level. This role requires a forward-thinking, technology-driven marketer who leverages contemporary marketing platforms, AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, and performance marketing frameworks to deliver measurable business outcomes. This is not a traditional SEO-centric role; the emphasis is on digital experience, engagement, campaign performance, and technology-enabled growth.

Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously enhance the corporate website strategy, performance, user experience, and content architecture
Manage landing pages and digital journeys to improve engagement and conversion outcomes




Develop and execute a comprehensive global social media strategy to strengthen brand presence and engagement
Drive content calendars aligned with business and commercial priorities
Leverage data, analytics, AI, and automation tools to optimize digital content and campaign performance
Conduct ongoing market, industry, and competitive research to inform digital strategy and positioning
Identify and implement up-to-date marketing technologies, including CRM and marketing automation integrations
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track digital performance, ROI, and KPIs
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Plan and manage digital webinars and virtual events, ensuring effective lead capture and handover to sales
Develop and publish thought leadership content such as white papers, insights, and industry perspectives
