Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve HMIS software and hardware issues.
Install, configure, and maintain the HMIS platform.
Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with teams to resolve bugs and implement enhancements.
Ensure system compliance with healthcare data security standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT support, preferably with HMIS or healthcare systems.
Knowledge of databases, SQL, and basic networking.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
