About the Company

Aroma Ads is an outdoor advertising company specializing in Hoardings, Bus Shelters, and other outdoor advertising solutions. We are looking for a qualified, dedicated, and energetic Admin Cum Accountant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.
Maintain accounts using Tally.
Manage purchase entries, invoices, quotations, and related documentation.
Prepare and maintain purchase quotations and records.
Handle office documentation and administrative coordination.
Maintain proper financial and company records.
Manage basic MS Office work, including Excel and Word.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support general office administration and accounting requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience is mandatory.
Strong working knowledge of Tally.




Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Knowledge of purchase quotations and purchase documentation is required.
Candidate should be professional, dedicated, responsible, and energetic.
Experience in the outdoor advertising industry, especially Hoardings or Bus Shelters, will be preferred but is not mandatory.
Freshers are strictly not eligible.
Candidate must be willing to work with the company for a minimum commitment of 2 years.
