Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties
Handle client inquiries via calls, 99 Acres, Social Ads, site visits, and meetings
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property site visits and presentations.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals successfully
Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
Monthly Sales Target: Achieve a minimum of 3–5 property deal closures per month.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong sales and closing ability.
Convincing ability and customer-focused approach
Knowledge of local real estate market is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Hindi.
