Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers visiting Kothari Jewellers, understanding their jewellery requirements, presenting suitable products, explaining product specifications and pricing, converting enquiries into sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

The Sales Executive will contribute directly to showroom sales, customer relationships, repeat business, and achievement of individual and showroom sales targets.

The position requires a customer-first attitude, solid communication skills, product knowledge, honesty, personal grooming, sales ability and attention to detail.

Welcome every customer entering the showroom courteously and professionally.




Understand the customer's purpose of purchase, budget, preferences and occasion.
Identify whether the customer is looking for:
Daily-wear jewellery
Wedding / bridal jewellery
Gold jewellery
Diamond jewellery
Gifts
Rings
Earrings
Chains
Bangles
Pendants
Necklaces
Other jewellery categories
Engage customers in a polite and non-aggressive manner.
Give customers adequate time to evaluate products and make decisions.
Maintain a premium and respectful customer experience throughout the visit.

B. Jewellery Presentation & Product Demonstration
Present jewellery according to the customer's requirement and budget.
Explain the features, design, weight, purity, stone details and other relevant product information.
Explain pricing, making charges, discounts and applicable offers accurately.
Demonstrate multiple suitable options rather than presenting only one product.
