We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused
Founder's Office Associate
who can work directly with the Founder to drive projects, improve execution, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Position Overview

The Founder's Office Associate will act as the execution arm of the Founder. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, coordinate across departments, solve operational problems, and ensure every significant initiative moves forward on time.

This is
not
a traditional administrative role. It is a business operations and strategy role with exposure to every part of the company.





Key ResponsibilitiesFounder Support
Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives.
Prioritize daily tasks and follow-ups.
Manage calendar, meetings, and important deadlines.
Prepare meeting agendas and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Track action items until completion.

Project Management
Coordinate cross-functional projects.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines.
Maintain project trackers and progress reports.
Escalate delays before they become problems.

Cross-Department Coordination

Coordinate with:
Product Team
Development Team
Customer Support
Sales
Marketing
Finance
HR

Ensure departments communicate effectively and execute assigned work.

Business Operations
Monitor daily operational activities.
Identify bottlenecks.
Improve internal processes.
Build SOPs and documentation.
Ensure company policies are followed.
