ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who can do more than simply edit videos.

The ideal candidate should understand storytelling, social media content, branding, advertising, audience attention, and visual communication.

You will be responsible for taking raw footage, scripts, ideas, or creative briefs and turning them into engaging, skilled, and platform-optimized video content.

The role offers significant creative freedom and the prospect to experiment with modern editing techniques and AI-powered creative tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Edit high-quality videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging Reels, Shorts, advertisements, promotional videos, educational videos, and brand content.
Edit long-form YouTube videos and repurpose them into Shorts, Reels, and other short-form content.
Create attention-grabbing hooks within the first few seconds of a video.
Develop different hooks, edits, formats, and creative variations for testing.
