We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Associate to join our team at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in clinical trials and a passion for the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility
Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities, including site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders to ensure successful study execution.
Conduct site feasibility assessments and provide input on study design and methodology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing.




Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage and analyze clinical trial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as biology, pharmacy, or medicine.
Proven experience in clinical trials, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
Solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
