Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR skilled with 5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end IT recruitment while also acting as a strategic HR partner to business leaders. The role involves talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, stakeholder management, and driving people initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other cutting-edge sourcing channels.
Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Act as a strategic HR partner for business leaders and department heads.




Collaborate with management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent strategies.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Support managers in performance management processes, goal setting, feedback discussions, and employee development plans.
Partner with leadership to identify learning and development needs and support succession planning initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for data-driven decision-making.
Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment and HR Business Partnering.
