The role: You'll own the day-to-day coordination and operational discipline of ERC's community mobilization ensuring smooth execution across units, community worker recruitment, training, SOP compliance, payments, and cross-functional requirements. If you're someone who can independently coordinate multiple teams, drive follow-ups, and keep field operations on track, this role is built for you. What you'll own: Community Mobilization Coordination — Coordinate with community mobilization teams daily and ensure smooth execution of operations.
Recruitment & Training — Drive follow-ups on Community workers recruitment and coordinate their training with the relevant teams. SOP Compliance — Monitor adherence to SOPs and ensure operational gaps are identified and addressed.
Team Management — Schedule and coordinate weekly meetings with Community workers.
Cross-functional Coordination — Work with other departments to they have the required materials and operational support.
What we're looking for: Proven experience in operations coordination, field operations, or a similar role — ideally in a multi-location environment. Robust follow-up and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities independently. Comfortable working with field teams and ensuring SOP and process compliance.
Experience coordinating recruitment, training, meetings, and payments. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
