About the roleThousands of entrepreneurs — homemakers, students, first-time founders, side-hustlers — have launched their own online stores on retailing.factori.com. What most of them need next isn't more features. It's someone who teaches them how to sell.

That's this role. You'll be the growth teacher and business consultant for our active retailer community — running high-quality webinars week after week, and helping retailers turn their stores into real, growing businesses. Your success is measured in one place: the sales growth of the retailers you coach.

What you'll own1. Webinars — your main stage

- Design and run a regular calendar of webinars for active retailers on: digital marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, community marketing, and running an e-commerce business.




- Make them practical — every session ends with steps a retailer can execute on their store the same day.

2. Business consulting for retailers
- Go beyond broadcast: consult with retailers on their specific store, category, pricing, and promotion challenges.
- Diagnose why a store isn't selling and prescribe the fix — traffic, catalogue, pricing, promotion, or persistence.

3. Driving retailer sales
- Own the number that matters: more orders per active retailer, month on month.
- Track which retailers attend, what they implement, and what moved — double down on what works.

4. Content that compounds
- Turn your best sessions into repeatable playbooks, guides, and recorded content the whole retailer base can use.

What we're looking forMust-have
- Hands-on digital marketing depth — you've actually run social media, performance, or e-commerce campaigns, not just talked about them.
- A natural teacher and presenter — you can hold an audience on a live webinar, explain marketing to a first-time entrepreneur in plain language, and enjoy doing it.
- Business consulting instinct — you can look at a small online store and quickly see what's blocking its sales.
- Comfort with scale and repetition — multiple sessions a week, every week, at a consistently high standard.
- Fluent English; Hindi and/or Kannada a strong advantage for our retailer base.

Nice-to-have
- Experience training, coaching, or consulting for SMEs, D2C brands, or seller communities (e.g., marketplace seller-education teams, agency training roles, ed-tech instruction).
- Your own content presence — a channel, page, or community you've grown.
- Familiarity with e-commerce storefront tools, SEO basics, and WhatsApp-led selling.
