We are hiring for a Manager – Current Product Development (NPD) position in Durgapur, West Bengal. The role will involve end-to-end product development, customer technical coordination, project planning, tooling and trials, process validation, and cross-functional execution, with a focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end New Product Development activities.
- Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and coordinate project planning.
- Lead APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and related documentation.
- Coordinate tooling, pattern development, trials, and process validation.
- Liaise with customers for development updates, sample approvals, and technical discussions.
- Analyse development issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase, and Maintenance teams.




- Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Lead and develop the NPD team to achieve project objectives.
