Position Description The National Audubon Society is seeking a Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation to develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation program for Audubon Conservation Ranching. Working with scientists, rangeland ecologists, ranchers, and other partners, this role establishes national, regional,



and ranch-level metrics related to biodiversity, habitat, soil, carbon, water, and socioeconomic outcomes and standardizes monitoring protocols across regions. The Manager will oversee the collection, aggregation, management, and statistical analysis of monitoring data, identify key findings, and translate results into actionable recommendations that inform adaptive management and program improvement.

The position also develops reports, data visualizations, and other communications for funders, partners, ranchers, and the public while supporting results-based management and demonstrating the measurable impact of conservation initiatives.
