We are looking for experienced Full Stack Developers with 3+ years of hands-on experience in NestJS, Next.js, and PostgreSQL to join our Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and APIs. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to build reliable HR-Tech solutions, solve complex technical problems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable backend applications using NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Build modern, responsive web applications using Next.js and React.js
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, indexes, and schemas
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Identify and resolve performance and production issues
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with NestJS and Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript.




- Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Good understanding of database design, indexing, joins, transactions, and query optimization.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

- Experience with Redis, Kafka, Docker, AWS, or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Jest or other automated testing frameworks
- Good understanding of system design and scalable architecture

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
