Position: Asst. Manager /Manager - EHS

Location: Vapi

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor EHS policies, safety procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct regular Safety Inspections, HIRA/JSA, and Risk Assessments.
- Identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure timely Corrective &

• Preventive Actions (CAPA).

- Conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Talks, and Employee Safety Training.
- Manage Emergency Preparedness, Fire Safety, Mock Drills, and Evacuation Procedures.
- Investigate Accidents, Near Misses, and Incidents and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Monitor PPE compliance, machine safety, work-at-height, confined space, hot work, and other high-risk activities.
- Implement and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Monitor Contractor Safety and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.




- Maintain EHS records, reports, inspections, and support internal/statutory audits.
- Promote a strong Safety Culture across the manufacturing facility.
