1. The Manager - Credit Administration is responsible for handling maker activities within the Credit Administration team, specifically supporting SME and Wholesale Banking.
2. The role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with sanction terms and timely resolution of stakeholder queries, while maintaining operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
1. Verify and prepare sanction letters, loan documents, and security documents, including mortgage creation.
2. Customize documentation in liaison with the Legal department, wherever required.
3. Check executed documents and prepare instructions for limit upload as per bank processes.
4. Ensure compliance with all pre‑disbursement conditions outlined in sanction terms.
5. Follow up with business teams on non‑recurring post‑disbursement compliances.

Resolve stakeholder queries promptly and ensure error‑free processing within stipulated TATs.
7. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, providing timely resolutions.
8. Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, internal risk policies, and departmental processes.
9. Suggest improvements in documentation, Credit Administration Team (CAT) processes, and customer onboarding.
10. Ensure no adverse audit observations through solid compliance and governance practices.
Qualifications
Experience: 5 - 10 years in credit administration or related banking operations.
