Job Role

We are looking for a presentable and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Handle courier and dispatch activities
Assist in basic administrative and office tasks
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Ensure reception area is clean and presentable at all times

Required Skills




Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
Presentable personality and positive attitude
Solid organizational and multitasking skills

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Prior experience in front desk or customer handling is a plus

What we Offer

Salary- upto 25k based on experience
Timings- 9:00 am-5:30pm
Working Days- Monday- Saturday

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
