About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can manage and scale paid marketing campaigns and drive customer acquisition and revenue for our D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to achieve business targets.
Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR and conversion rate.
Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting and remarketing.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, campaigns and landing pages.
Track and report campaign performance on a regular basis.




Work with the e-commerce and content teams to improve the overall conversion funnel.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements
3–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience working with a D2C / E-commerce brand is preferred.
Experience in Health & Wellness, Nutraceuticals, Skincare, Beauty or FMCG will be an advantage.
Solid understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR and conversion metrics.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics/GA4 is preferred.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Someone who is data-driven, commercially focused and hands-on, with a proven ability to scale paid campaigns, acquire customers and drive profitable D2C growth.
