Role Overview

The Legal Executive will primarily support the legal function of an F&B; organisation with a robust focus on contract drafting, negotiations, legal advisory, dispute handling, documentation, and risk mitigation. Compliance responsibilities will remain a secondary KRA, limited to routine coordination and renewals.

Core Legal Responsibilities (Primary KRA)
Draft, review, and negotiate vendor/supplier agreements, lease & sub-lease agreements, leave and license agreements, LOIs/MOUs, AMC/service contracts, technology agreements, and marketing/branding documents.
Prepare and review employment agreements, NDAs, IP documents, consultancy contracts, and separation agreements.
Provide practical and business-aligned legal opinions on commercial transactions, collaborations, HR actions, and operational matters.
Identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Draft replies to legal notices, vendor disputes, consumer complaints, and communications from authorities.
Coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation and regulatory proceedings.




Maintain structured legal records, contract repositories, and litigation trackers.
Prepare declarations, affidavits, and board-level documents as required.

Secondary Responsibilities (Additional KRA Compliance)
Coordinate on renewals of licenses such as FSSAI, Shops & Establishments, Fire NOC, pollution clearance, and signage permits.
Assist with routine compliance checklists and documentation for inspections.
Maintain basic compliance dashboards and escalate potential risks to the legal manager.

Excellent legal research and analytical ability.
Understanding of commercial laws, labour laws, and real-estate documentation.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
