Qualification:
BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Job description
Assemble automation machines and mechanical systems according to engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, GA drawings, and assembly documentation.
Install and align mechanical components, pneumatic systems, and standard machine elements.
Perform machine testing, troubleshooting, and necessary adjustments before dispatch. Coordinate with the Design, Electrical, and Production teams to ensure smooth assembly operations.
Ensure product quality by following company standards and inspection procedures.
Identify and resolve assembly issues to improve productivity and reduce rework.
Maintain assembly tools, equipment, and a clean, protected work environment.
Follow 5S, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support machine installation and commissioning activities when required.
Required Skills Positive knowledge of mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; basics. Knowledge of pneumatic components and hand/power tools.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to travel for machine installation and customer support, if required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
