We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing support and shopfloor operations. The candidate should have robust exposure to
MBOM, EBOM, SAP Routing, manufacturing planning, work instructions, engineering change management and engineering drawing/GD&T; interpretation

A minimum of
1 year of hands-on shopfloor manufacturing experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) structures.
Review Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and manage engineering changes.
Create and maintain production and master routings in SAP.
Develop manufacturing, assembly and rework work instructions.
Release approved manufacturing and assembly plans for production execution.
Manage Routing Standard Change Request (RSCR) processes.
Develop and maintain standard work procedures and manufacturing plans in Solumina.
Create and maintain purchase routing (CCS).
Generate tool orders, production orders and standard work documentation.
Create and modify routing steps, standard hours, lot sizes, PRTs and long text.
Support shopfloor assembly and machining activities.
Create NC rework programs to address quality notifications and defects.
Support field repair and retrofit activities with Aftermarket teams.
Conduct manufacturing process and workflow improvement studies.
Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
