Role Objective

To manage and deliver high-quality healthcare communication projects by collaborating with pharma clients, internal creative teams, and medical experts — ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, content, and digital initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of client servicing, project management, and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Management
Act as a key point of contact for pharma clients (brand/marketing teams)




Manage end-to-end project execution from brief to delivery
Ensure timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
Coordinate across internal teams (medical, creative, animation, digital)
Creative & Campaign Execution
Drive development of:
Creative campaigns
Product launch strategies
Patient awareness programs
Scientific communication assets
Translate medical/scientific inputs into engaging creative outputs
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with:
Medical advisors & KOLs
Design & animation teams
Content and medical writing teams
Facilitate smooth communication between science and creativity
Content & Scientific Communication
Support creation of:
Scientific presentations
Marketing collaterals
Digital content & videos
Ensure scientific accuracy + creative relevance
Execution Excellence
Independently handle multiple projects simultaneously
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance
