Role Overview

VITS Hotels Resorts is looking for a agile, result-oriented, and growth-driven professional for the role of Business Development Manager (West South India).

The role will focus on expanding the VITS hotel portfolio across West and South India through onboarding of new properties, management contracts, lease models, and strategic partnerships. The candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building owner relationships, and supporting the organizations expansion targets.

Key Responsibilities Business Development Expansion
Identify and develop opportunities for onboarding new hotel properties across West and South India
Drive expansion through management contracts, lease models, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of hotel owners, developers, consultants, and investors
Conduct market mapping and identify high-potential locations for expansion




Drive hotel conversions and brand expansion prospects for VITS Hotels Resorts

Property Onboarding Coordination
Manage end-to-end coordination for onboarding of recent hotel properties
Conduct site visits, property evaluations, and feasibility assessments
Coordinate with operations, branding, finance, legal, and project teams for smooth onboarding
Support pre-opening and transition activities for new hotels
Track onboarding timelines and project milestones

Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, consultants, investors, and strategic partners
Conduct business meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities
Represent VITS Hotels Resorts at hospitality events, networking forums, and industry exhibitions

Reporting Execution
Maintain business development MIS reports and expansion pipeline
