About the Role:-

DigiMantra is looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented Business Development – IT Staffing
to join our growing team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
IT staffing, staff augmentation, lead generation, client acquisition, C2C hiring, and vendor management
. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client and vendor relationships, and driving business growth through IT staffing and staff augmentation services.

Key Responsibilities:-
Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, job portals, cold outreach, email campaigns, and other platforms.
Identify and acquire current clients for IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
Handle IT contract staffing, C2C, and implementation partner requirements.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, vendors, and implementation partners.




Identify potential vendors and support vendor empanelment activities.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely fulfillment.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects, clients, and vendors to ensure business closure.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
Maintain and update sales pipelines, lead databases, and business development reports.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Achieve defined business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing requiremen
