Qualifications
Robust understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
Excellent video editing and content creation skills.
Experience with professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
Ability to shoot high-quality videos and photos using cameras or smartphones.
Creative mindset with solid communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is an advantage.
Knowledge of photography, lighting, and basic audio recording techniques is a plus.
Interest or knowledge of chess is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Job Description
Shoot high-quality videos and photos for social media campaigns, events, products, and promotional content.
Edit long-form videos, short-form videos, reels, YouTube Shorts,



and other digital content using Adobe, Canva, or similar skilled editing tools.
Create engaging visual content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media channels.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
Develop and execute social media content strategies to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform performance to optimize content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of videos and social media posts.
Organize and manage digital media assets, including videos, photos, and graphics.
Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and platform best practices.
