s across our parks and resorts

y.Monitor application health
, server uptime, logs, Redis, scheduled jo
bs, and proactively troubleshoot production issue
s.Ensure smooth ticket scanning, booking, redemption, payment, settlement,



and integration workflow
s.Coordinate with external vendors fo
r application enhancements, integrations, issue resolution, and timely delive

y.Provide technical support to park/store teams and troubleshoot POS and application-related issue
s.Maintain technical documentation coverin
g application configurations, integration flows, support procedures, backup and recove
