Role Overview

The Operations Manager will support senior leadership in ensuring smooth execution of operational activities. The role involves coordinating operations, supporting academic R&D; initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and driving process improvements to support organizational growth and quality delivery. The role requires robust finance and accounting knowledge to effectively support finance-focused academic programs and related operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support
Support senior management in day-to-day operational planning and execution.
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership review.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and placement teams to ensure operational alignment.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
R&D; and Academic Development
Assist in academic R&D; initiatives related to skilling, finance, accounting, taxation, auditing, and compliance domains.
Support curriculum upgrades by incorporating regulatory changes,



industry practices, and emerging tools.
Coordinate pilot programs, feedback collection, and documentation for current course offerings.
Support integration of technology and AI tools in operations and training delivery.
Finance-related Responsibilities
Support budgeting and cost monitoring for academic and operational activities.
Analyze center-level operational costs, faculty costs, and program-wise profitability.
Work with finance and accounts teams to ensure accurate tracking of revenues, expenses, and margins for programs.
Provide data-driven inputs for pricing, program structuring, and resource allocation decisions.
Process & Quality Management
Develop and implement SOPs for operations and academic delivery.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and academic benchmarks.
Conduct periodic operational and academic reviews across centers.
