Primary School Teacher (Pre-Nursery to KG)

Qualifications Experience:
Bachelor s degree with B.Ed. / ECCE / M.Ed.
3 7 years of experience in pre-primary or early years teaching
Familiarity with the Cambridge Early Years Framework or international curricula preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Pre-Nursery to KG
Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom workplace
Use play, art, music, movement, and digital tools to enhance learning
Track developmental milestones and support individual progress
Collaborate with co-teachers and parents for holistic learning

Education and Experience

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
1 3 years of relevant experience in human resources. Prior experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.

Functional Competencies
Sound understanding of core HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, employee records, and statutory compliance
Knowledge of child safeguarding norms and employee lifecycle documentation
Familiarity with HR policies and employee engagement best practices
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working knowledge of HR software and digital record-keeping systems
