Key Responsibilities
Bill Preparation: Draft client RA bills, price variation (PV) bills, and final project bills based on contractual BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Joint Measurements: Take joint measurements of executed railway works with client representatives and railway authorities.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update Measurement Books (MB) and billing registers.
Subcontractor Management: Verify, process, and certify vendor and subcontractor bills against actual site output.
Reconciliation: Perform material and quantity reconciliations.
Claims & Variations: Support the preparation of extra item statements, rate analysis, and variation orders
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
