About VASTUSAROVAR

VASTUSAROVAR is a growing Vastu consultation platform connecting customers with Vastu consultants for online and offline consultations, including home, office, commercial property and site visits.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day operations and build a structured, process-driven working workplace.

This is a hands-on ownership role. We are not looking for someone who only follows instructions. The person should be capable of managing people, creating processes, tracking work and solving operational issues independently.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operations
Take complete ownership of daily business operations.
Ensre that all departments and staff are working according to defined processes.
Monitor pending tasks, follow-ups, bookings and operational issues.
Identify bottlenecks and resolve them without unnecessary escalation.
Ensure smooth coordination between HR, telecalling, consultants, technology and management.

Team Management
Manage and coordinate the existing team.




Assign responsibilities and daily priorities.
Monitor staff productivity and performance.
Conduct regular team reviews.
Ensure employees follow SOPs, checklists and reporting systems.
Identify performance gaps and take corrective action.

Lead & Telecalling Operations
Coordinate with the Telecalling Lead to ensure timely handling of incoming leads.
Monitor lead response, follow-ups and conversion-related activities.
Review daily calling reports and pending leads
Ensure no key lead or follow-up is missed.
Identify operational issues affecting lead conversion.

Consultant Operations
Coordinate the consultant onboarding process with HR and the technical/Vastu team.
Ensure documentation and agreements are completed.
Maintain consultant availability and operational records.
Coordinate consultant assignment for customer bookings.
