About the Role

Kirtee & Assoc is an architectural lighting design practice working across luxury residential, hospitality, landscape, façade and bespoke lighting projects.

We are looking for a CAD & 3D Visualisation Designer who can support our design team with both technical drawings and 3D modelling/visualisation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare lighting layouts, RCPs, sections, elevations and detailed drawings in AutoCAD.
Read and interpret architectural and interior-design drawings.
Develop 3D models and visualisations for lighting and interior spaces.
Assist designers in translating lighting concepts into 3D visualisations.
Coordinate lighting drawings with architectural, interior and electrical drawings.
Prepare presentation drawings and visuals for client presentations.
Incorporate revisions and maintain organised project drawing sets.
Ensure accuracy,



consistency and quality of all drawings and visualisations.

Requirements
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
Valuable knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / other 3D modelling software.
Experience with V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, D5 or similar rendering software is an advantage.
Positive understanding of architectural plans, sections, elevations and spatial details.
Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
Good understanding of materials, furniture, architecture and interior spaces.
Photoshop knowledge is an advantage.
Knowledge of lighting design, Dialux or Relux will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education

Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Drafting, 3D Visualisation or a related field preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with exceptionally solid AutoCAD and 3D skills may also apply.
